• Fanz™ Unlimited Network (FUN) LLC, hereinafter referred to as “FUN,” “we,” or “the Company.”

This Agreement ensures compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and all applicable federal, state, and international laws governing adult content production and distribution.

5.     TERMS & CONDITIONS

5.1 Ownership & Rights

· The Co-Star and Primary Content Star retain full ownership over the collaboratively created content.

· FUN does not claim ownership of any content and acts solely as a hosting service.

5.2 Grant of Limited License

The Co-Star and Primary Content Star grant FUN a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to host, distribute, and display content solely for the purposes of fulfilling its services, subject to this Agreement. This license does not transfer ownership.

5.3 Compliance with Laws

· All content must comply with federal, state, and international laws governing adult content.

5.4 Indemnification Clause

The Co-Star and Primary Content Star agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FUN, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

• Breach of this Agreement.

• Any content uploaded, distributed, or monetized.

• Violations of intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.

This indemnification extends to third-party claims, regulatory actions, and law enforcement investigations.

5.5 Force Majeure

FUN shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes.

6.     DMCA & COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE

6.1 Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

FUN complies with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) and follows a Notice-and-Takedown Procedure:

1. Filing a DMCA Complaint - Email support@fanzunlimited.com with a signed notice. - Include the copyrighted work’s location and proof of ownership.

2. Content Removal & Review - FUN will remove content within 24 hours upon receiving a valid notice.

3. Counter-Notification Process - Users have 10 business days to respond before content is permanently removed.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy - Users with three (3) or more violations will be permanently banned.

7.     COMPLAINTS POLICY

7.1 How to File a Complaint

Users may file complaints via:

7.2 Resolution Timeline

- Complaints are acknowledged within 2 business days.

– A decision is issued within 7 business days.

- Users may appeal decisions within 30 days.

7.3 Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

· All disputes must be resolved through final and binding arbitration.

· Users waive the right to file class-action lawsuits against FUN.

· Arbitration will be held in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.
